Role Description:

Reddit is the go-to destination for authentic conversations about topics, products, and services that matter most to people. Reddit Pro empowers brands, power users to connect with communities and spark "rich conversations" across the platform, fostering deeper engagement with Redditors.

This Staff PM role will lead Reddit Pro for Large Businesses, you’ll shape the future of how large brands establish their organic presence on Reddit. From AMAs to premium video content, you’ll create groundbreaking ways for large brands to connect meaningfully with the Reddit community.

In this high-impact role, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and goals for Reddit Pro, driving execution in close collaboration with Consumer Products, Ads, Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. You’ll also work with leadership at the highest levels to align on key objectives and ensure success. Responsibilities:

• Create product vision, goals and strategy for Reddit Pro and execute to achieve the goals
• Combine your growth experience and expertise in consumer-facing products to help Reddit achieve its ambitious goals.
• Work with various cross functional teams (Ads, Community, Product Marketing, etc) to drive adoption and usage of the features to show strong path to winning
• Work with our data science and user research teams to craft insights into the behaviors and needs of users on Reddit, and translate those insights into hypotheses, tests and features that ultimately lead to a constantly evolving & improved product experience
• Seek to understand the competitive environment and maintain global awareness of unique user experiences specifically in regards to different Media experiences & Content creation

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience and experience leading 0-1 products
• Proven experience building product vision, goal setting, strategy and execution
• Experience shipping B2C products that have had meaningful impact (metric and user experience)
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, defining team goals and success metrics
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the minutia. 
• Adept in writing detailed product execution and strategy documents with extreme clarity
• Compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align a diverse group of stakeholders towards a common goal
