Job Title: Staff Program Manager, Platform

The Staff Program Manager plays a dual role of being customer-facing while working closely with cross-functional teams; including Product Delivery, Engineering, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Support and more, in order to design and manage multiple projects and their teams, build new reusable templates and artifacts, troubleshoot and triage risks and issues and ensure the successful upgrade to Conga’s new platform in a timely manner.

This is a mission critical role for Conga dedicated to ensuring the success of our early adopter customers, who are choosing to upgrade to Conga’s platform, which will eventually lead to a proven program for all of Conga’s customers to go through, to upgrade to the platform.Â
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Project Management Skills - The Program Manager at Conga is responsible for the program direction, planning, execution, and launch of project implementations. This role requires 10 years of both deep program management experience and the ability to translate technical platform services requirements into actionable commits with the Product team.
Join the Program Management team at Conga to help drive the next phase of growth. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development with strong technical aptitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions but initiating them as well. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles and managing technical discussions. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with Engineering and Product and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way. You will be the primary point of contact for the Platform Program, providing them with information, updates, and support throughout the program. Clear and effective communication is crucial to ensure participants understand their role, responsibilities, and the program's benefits.
Time. Willingness to understand you will be working with a global team/customer base. This means you know you may not necessarily be working “9 to 5” but are willing take a call either early in the morning or late in the evening to accommodate your global team members.
Technical Skills. This role is highly technical and deep understanding of software development, platform services and Jira is crucial in this role. While developing technical solutions is not in the scope of work, being able to understand and communicate solutions is a part of daily work. You will be expected to drive conversations and challenge solutions from a program perspective to influence decisions.
Experience. Prior work on with Saas Software Platform; Exposure to Conga’s products and/or SalesforceÂ
Certifications. You’ve continued your learning through certifications like Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, or other formal certifications.Â

Relationship Building. As the program manager, you will foster strong relationships with Engineering and Product leaders, acting as a liaison between them. Building rapport, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for participants will help drive engagement and successful results.

Compensation
In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $134,328 to $161,194. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
