You will be responsible for the technical guidance and mentoring of a team. This role will require excellent communication skills as you will collaborate with Product Management to refine requirements, product architects to propose architectural changes and other product owners to drive features to completion with good quality.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with 3+ years of experience in React.js and JavaScript to join our team. The candidate should have a solid understanding of modern front-end technologies and experience building responsive, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, following best practices and modern JavaScript standards.
2. Build reusable, efficient components, leveraging our in-house React component library.
3. Manage application state using Redux or React Context API, and handle data fetching with React Query.
4. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
5. Write and maintain unit tests using React Testing Library and mock APIs with MSW.
6. Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience with React.js and strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Hands-on experience with Redux or equivalent state management libraries.
3. Familiarity with React Query for data fetching and caching.
4. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
5. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
6. Knowledge of Git for version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with TypeScript.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Webpack or Vite.
3. Knowledge of performance optimization for front-end applications.
