driving innovation in the Kueski Pay product revolutionizing Buy Now Pay Later solutions for

both e-commerce and fiscal retail stores. With 6 diverse squads and over 20 engineers this

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.

• 2. Drive the design and implementation of complex systems and features ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.

• 3. Participate in architectural discussions and decisions proposing solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

• 4. Contribute to the evolution of the overall system architecture.

• 5. Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to build cohesive end-to-end solutions.

• 6. Conduct thorough code reviews providing constructive feedback to peers and junior engineers.

• 7. Champion coding standards best practices and development processes.

• 8. Analyze complex technical problems develop innovative solutions and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

• 9. Mentor and coach junior engineers fostering their professional growth and technical skills.

• 10. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers.

• 11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.

• 12. Contribute to project planning scope estimation and timelines.

• 13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide progress updates and manage expectations.

• 14. Oversee the merchant integration process to seamlessly incorporate Kueski as a preferred payment method ensuring a smooth transition and setup for all new merchants.

• 15. Manage all aspects of payment operations including cancellation processes and automatic conciliation of payments to ensure accurate financial handling and reporting.

• 16. Develop and maintain the consumer payment intent process creating a robust framework that allows for transparent and efficient handling of consumer payment preferences.

• 17. Spearhead the implementation of our innovative funding service which enables users to pay through various flexible options including loans coupons and down payments enhancing customer satisfaction and accessibility.

• 18. Design and oversee the offering selection process ensuring that users can choose their preferred installment plans for loan repayments thereby tailoring our services to meet diverse financial needs and preferences.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 2. Proven track record of technical leadership including guiding teams in designing and implementing complex systems.

• 3. Expertise in architecture and design with the ability to propose solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.

• 4. Experience collaborating with front-end and back-end engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• 5. Proficiency in conducting code reviews enforcing coding standards and promoting best practices.

• 6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.

• 7. Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers fostering their professional growth and technical skills.

• 8. Excellent collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers.

• 9. Continuous learning mindset staying updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.

• 10. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
