As an Outbound Sales Specialist focused on startups at Clara you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential startup clients. Leveraging your sales expertise you will cultivate relationships with startup founders, CFOs, CHROs and other decision-makers to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential startup clients
- Tailoring sales pitches and presentations to showcase how Clara’s solutions can address the unique needs and challenges based in corporate payments and control expenses.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to reach startup clients effectively.
- Providing product demonstrations and conducting virtual meetings to educate prospects on the features and benefits of our product.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progression, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales roles, with a focus on selling to startup companies preferably within the fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, their challenges, and the financial needs of emerging businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software (ideally HubSpot) to manage sales activities and track progress.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Must reside in Brazil, ideally São Paulo, as this position requires close proximity to our target market and understanding of local business practices and regulations.
