Startup Technician

$1500.00 sign on bonus Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AC Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible start up installs on new construction residential homes This is an excellent opportunity to acquire hands-on experience and to become efficient at diagnostic and repair . Duties: - To start up new construction residential HVAC systems - Ability to identify potential issues and take preventative measures - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment - Continuously improve maintenance and repair processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Requirements: - EPA Certification -Some experience and or schooling - Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment - Familiarity with tools and equipment, such as wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods - Valid driver's license with clean driving record .
