BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a State Marketing Lead - NJ/PA/WV.The role of State Marketing Lead - NJ/PA/WV is responsible for helping the Field Marketing organization in driving local marketing plans for their states that address regional business objectives/challenges, managing sports partnerships, identifying opportunities with local brick and mortar properties and like-minded brands, executing regional offers and implementing brand programming by working closely with HQ Field Marketing and Regional Digital and Ops teams.
What You Will Do:
  • Manage activation budget and forecasts against events and partnerships
  • Provide marketing and onsite support for retail openings, digital launches, events, and sports partnerships with upcoming priority and focus on Atlantic City property refresh and new digital casino app launch
  • Promote retention of Sportsbook and Casino customers in assigned state within budget and strategy
  • Work customers through any issues they have with enrolling in our app onsite/at activations and relay customer feedback to product teams
  • Plan and execute innovative promotions, contests, advertising campaigns that grow the business through both tactical acquisition and retention both digitally and within retail locations
  • Collaborate with Operation Managers and Casino Partners to make sure that campaigns are executed to standards
  • Strategically ideates and directs campaigns around tentpole events in sports calendar, aligning all available assets internally and with all partners
  • Brand Advocacy: ensure consistency across various touch points
  • Act as department Creative liaison / Point of Contact - compile and develop creative briefs for department-wide campaigns and offer flips, proof marketing assets, host weekly creative/department meetings, curate and maintain the department marketing tracker, and traffic final assets to appropriate stakeholders
  • Drive promo code creation, tracking, communication to casino partners and stakeholders
  • Lead QR code creation and tracking for creative assets within region
  • Provide daily and weekly First Time Deposit and Registration results via Power BI and Looker
  • Bring opportunities to stakeholders by being the subject matter expert in the region
  • Manage print production vendors and delivery of marketing assets
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings with key stakeholders on given project, setting agendas, and sending recaps to meeting attendees
  • Oversee department finances for state markets, handle all invoicing/AP requests, and track budget for department marketing campaigns
  • Manage, order, and distribute the team merch and swag for promotional giveaways
  • Supervise the inventory of materials, creative assets, and resources for activations across regional and national campaigns
  • Industry news / trend and competitor reporting by market
  • Development/updating partner playbooks / education
  • Understand all the aspects of the business to give the consumers a VIP experience
  • Website updates

What You Will Need:
  • Passion for building brands people love
  • Strong knowledge of digital products and apps
  • Knowledge of sports betting and passionate about sports
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably on a fast-paced marketing team, in the field, events/experiential marketing or an agency setting
  • Curious, creative, strategic and analytical
  • An excellent communicator with outstanding listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working closely and developing integrated plans with sales/digital/marketing counterparts
  • Project management experience required
  • Strategic marketing plan development and execution with demonstrable results and return on investment (going beyond creative ideas to revenue-driving programming)
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year institution required

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job:
Superior Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills, required
