Job Description

By hand and using computer software, prepares technical and non-technical visual presentations through designing art and copy layouts for publication. While the primary focus of this role is Graphic Designer/Artist II, the successful candidate may also be able to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinates with creative personnel, marketing, and other graphic professionals to gather information and materials needed for design. • Illustrates established design concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment. • Assists with the coordination of photography, artwork, and printing. Has knowledge of and utilizes applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML. • Performs work under direct supervision. • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. • May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. • Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work! • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.? • At STIIIZY, we believe in fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 0-2 years of experience. Requirements: • Must be over 21 years of age. • Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday. • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. • Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required. • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer. • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time. • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool. • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time. • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
