Operating in Las Vegas and expanding nationwide, we manage every detail—from guest bookings to property maintenance—so owners enjoy stress-free, high-return hosting. Our culture is fast-paced, innovative, and service-driven. Every team member plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience for our homeowners, guests, and partners. As we continue to scale, we need a tech-savvy, detail-oriented marketing person to support both STR operations, including: pricing & revenue management, online reputation & local presence (Google, Yelp, social media), and community engagement. Responsibilities • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. • Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic search rankings. • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and enhance visibility in search results. • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. • Create compelling ad campaigns using Google Ads and others to drive traffic and conversions. • Monitor Las Vegas demand trends (events, conventions, seasonality). • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop. • Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses • Audit listing photos/videos for quality and appeal Skills • 1+ year experience in STR management, digital marketing, or hospitality • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for optimizing web content. • Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies. • Experience with social media marketing across various platforms. • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks. • Proficient in Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Social Media Advertising. • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for basic web development tasks. • Strong skills in content creation and copywriting. • Experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools. • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics for performance tracking. • Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and B2B marketing principles. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance marketing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: • Las Vegas, NV 89118 (Required) Work Location: In person
