Straight Truck Driver/Dock Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilledCDL B driverwho will also function as aDock Worker.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading freight, ensuring the safe handling and delivery of goods, and maintaining a clean and organized dock area. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely. Responsibilities • Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the dock area. • Assist in the organization of freight for efficient routing and delivery. • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Follow safety protocols while operating vehicles and equipment. • Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries as required.
