 The Opportunity That Awaits You: Â
Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales, the Strategic Accounts Manager will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets by developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of strategic plans with key hospitalIntegrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Responsibilities will include managing the capital sales process, installations, training, and utilization growth within the assigned IDNs.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
- Executes Sales Strategy withinassigned IDN targetsÂ
- Manage the complex sales process of the Aquabeam System into new and existing hospitalsÂ
- Develop and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed goals set by senior managementÂ
- Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the Aquabeam System
- Develop initial contact with National and Regional IDN administrators and senior hospital executives and administratorsÂ
- Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, and marketing eventsÂ
- Support the expansion of clinical usage in all accountsÂ
- Adhere to monthly reports analyzing regional business performanceÂ
- Develop key relationships in targeted accountsÂ
- Foster the development of key opinion leaders to create strong corporate relationshipÂ
- Provide updates to management regarding competition, product use, clinical updates, reimbursement, and other important business metricsÂ
- Participate as an integral member of the management team that develops, delivers, and improves programs and training events
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships throughout PROCEPT-BioRoboticsÂ
- Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory complianceÂ
- Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRoboticsQuality & EHS policiesÂ

- Bachelor’s degree – four-year degree from an accredited, reputable institution
- Start-up company experience selling disruptive technology
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within a sales, sales management, and/or training or marketing organization is required. Minimum of 3 years of capital selling experience preferred.Â
- High level of technical/clinical product knowledgeÂ
- Ability to manage multiple tasksÂ
- Strong organizational and communication skillsÂ
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a cross-functional team member is requiredÂ
- Excellent presentation (platform) skills are requiredÂ
- Proven ability to be a self-starter and goal-oriented is requiredÂ
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are requiredÂ
- Must thrive in a complex environment and be able to multi-task and prioritizeÂ
- Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
- Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance in the medical device arena, and involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associationsÂ
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsÂ
- Level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointÂ
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other internal groups, clients, customers, and the general publicÂ
- Ability to travel uploads to 75%Â
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Sales Representatives in designated region. Directly supervises employees in the Sales department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training & developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensures team members have the appropriate resources, education, skills, and tools to be successful with assigned tasks.Â
Candidates can live in Chicago, Denver, and San Francisco for this role.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
