Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join the B2C EMEA team in Paris.
About the role ๐ฅ๏ธ
- The B2C team collaborates with our network of professional sellers located across EMEA and US markets. As a B2C Strategic Account Manager EMEA, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic sellers in Europe. Your primary objective will be to optimize the GMV generated by your accounts by building strong relationships, implementing growth strategies, and providing top-tier guidance on sales practices. You will report to the Team Leader B2C EMEA and collaborate closely with the B2C EMEA & Global team.
What you will do ๐
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic accounts. Work cross functionally with product, tech, operations & marketing teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the growth, success and profitability of your portfolio. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, identifying key seller insights & levers to ensure alignment with B2C EMEA commercial objectives.
- Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at enhancing the B2C EMEA team's performance and overall business objectives.
- Be responsible for educating sellers on best sales practices, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Ensure that our clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service, including day-to-day support and troubleshooting.ย
- Aid in the planning and execution of B2C campaigns. Negotiate temporary discounts with your portfolio to boost campaign success.
- Participate in the onboarding process of new strategic accounts: from pitching the professional seller service to assisting in the implementation of our bulk tools / API integrations.
Who you are โญ
- 3-5 years of experience as a key account manager, preferably within the e-commerce and/or fashion industry
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Customer-focused and adept at utilizing data analytics to drive informed business decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.ย
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Proficiency in another language (Spanish, Italian, or German) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). SQL proficiency is a plus.ย
