The Strategic Accounts Operations Manager, will be a part of the Americas Commercial Team at Telix managing the operations of the Strategic Accounts team. Reporting directly to the VP, Strategic Accounts, this role will work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment with partners in IT, Finance, Legal and other supporting functions within the business.
This individual will also manage the planning and execution of different support platforms for the strategic accounts team to assist in driving field team outcomes and oversee key areas such as rebate payments, contract management, KPI tracking and reporting dashboards.
Key Accountabilities
- Sales Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness with specific alignment to the GPO, IDN and Specialty Network contracts.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning: Oversee the development of accurate sales forecasts, working closely with the sales team, finance, and other stakeholders to align projections with business goals.
- Revenue Management: Oversight of the revenue management process specifically in rebates, including accuracy and use reporting.
- Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless collaboration between strategic accounts, sales, marketing, and other relevant departments.
- New Account Setup: Work with the Telix Finance team to process new contracts, set up parent-child identification within Salesforce.com and manage SharePoint contract filing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, and legal to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving overall business objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure sales operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Identify and work with legal partners to mitigate potential risks to the business as needed.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field or 15+ yearsβ experience in related position in lieu of degree required
- 5+ years in sales operations or finance within the pharmaceutical industry required
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, regulations, and market dynamics specifically working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) and Specialty Networks required.
- Radiopharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.

- Imaging, Medical Device, Urology and Oncology experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) required.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
