Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute effective program management by building plans, facilitating meetings, and delivering effectively.
• Monitor and be able to speak to ongoing initiative health.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external teams involved in program initiatives.
• Oversee tasks for program initiatives assigned to others to ensure forward progress.
• Create long- and short-term plans for open initiatives, including target setting for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Utilize standard approaches to project management and enforce process discipline.
• Provide support as necessary to partners to resolve production issues with extensive knowledge of proprietary production software.
• Actively participate as an Edenred Pay team member and offer ideas and input to support and enhance current Edenred Pay processes and programs.
• Oversee Invoice Infrastructure and ensure all Windows server, systems and processes are functioning to expectation.
• Partner with external third party administrators and coordinate projects with managed service providers.
• Assist with end user matters such as desktop and Windows questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Technical bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated skills and success in program management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience of project management.

Preferred:

• Background in the financial services industry or technology sector

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
• Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries.
• May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
