Job Description
Plan and execute sourcing strategy for commodities in order to meet internal and external customer's expectation. Also to support sustainable business growth.
1) Set up integrated supply chain to improve sourcing competitiveness
2) Responsible for all relevant KPI about productivity, delivery and quality for the assigned suppliers
3) Establish long term strategic commodity plan and supplier footprint development
4) Build relationship & work with other department to identify cost saving opportunities, development of cost competitive supplier

5)Work with global procurement team to maximize opportunities
New Supplier Development
Potential supplier survey for new items
Pre-audit & supplier selection audit
SSU management (new supplier registration, existing supplier update)
Contract management (NDA, MSA, Price agreement)
New Item Sourcing
Alternative source review to verify competitiveness of current BoM
RFQ
Cost analysis TE design parts
Sample PO management
New item cost approval process based on DoA
Material productivity
Weekly brainstorm meeting to find opportunities
Annual RFQ & price negotiation co-work with global team
Support VAVE & OMP activities with relative departments
Cost analysis
Budget review & data analysis
Price assumption (ex-change rate, new price adjusts)
Business plan for spending & productivity
CMP & PPV analysis
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor's degree and above
• Business level English skill to lead global sourcing and to collaborate with global procurement team
• Able to utilize Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of cost analysis and cost structure
• Good communication skill with upper management and CFT
• Automotive or parts manufacturing industry experience preferred
