Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Leitung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten aller Projekte im Zusammenhang mit der Integration eines kürzlich erworbenen Unternehmens (Kries)
• Sicherstellung, dass alle Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen erfüllt werden
• Förderung der Standardisierung der Beschaffungsprozesse während eines Fusionsprozesses
• Mitentwicklung der Strategie für das zugewiesene Lieferantenportfolio in Übereinstimmung mit der Unternehmensstrategie für Rohstoffe
• Verantwortlich für die Erzielung der jährlichen Geschäftsergebnisse (z. B. Kosteneinsparungen, Lieferantenleistung und Compliance)

• Ausgabenanalyse, Marktkenntnisse und Gesamtkostenbetrachtung
• Steuerung des Berichtswesens, um der Geschäftseinheit Transparenz über Kostenänderungsprojekte zu verschaffen

Ihr Profil:

• Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Computerkenntnisse
• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Beschaffungsprojekten
• Erfahrung in Compliance und Nachhaltigkeit
• Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
• Kritisches Denken und Neugier
• Hintergrund in der Automobil-, Haushaltsgeräte-, Luft- und Raumfahrt- oder Industriebranche ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Einkauf von Elektronik ist von Vorteil
• Gutes Urteilsvermögen im Prozess- und Risikomanagement/-minderung
• Starkes Potenzial und Bereitschaft, innerhalb der Einkaufsorganisation zu wachsen
• Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen
• Fließendes Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
