- 2025 recent graduate with bachelor's degree or higher
- Preferred majors: Computer-related fields (Computer Science Software Engineering Communications & Information Electronic Engineering AI) or Economics & Management fields (strategy Management Finance)
- Fluent Chinese and English Communication
- Can solve ambiguous problems with clear logic and provide creative well-structured solutions
- Strong quantitative analysis skills - can make recommendations based on data and insights
