Job Description

• Fully own and lead end-to-end design and delivery of top strategy and transformation initiatives to generate impact at Yemeksepeti and the broader Delivery Hero organization
• Lead opportunity identification, due diligence and deal structuring & execution for realizing high-value strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and create relevant solutions
• Closely engage with global Delivery Hero teams and local organizations to design, mobilize and implement target strategies and initiatives
• Run & oversee complex and detailed analyses and build business cases to support/test hypotheses and solve problems
• Develop presentations and support communication of strategy to Executive Leadership Team and broader global and local organization
• Monitor, track and report implementation progress on strategic transformation initiatives while identifying potential roadblocks and risks to ensure results
• Drive research and assessment on key global and local industry trends to continuously shape strategy and inform the organization about their implications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, 2 years of e-commerce, consulting, business development or equivalent work experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields (MBA is a plus)
• Passionate about tech/ digital ecosystem
• Excited and able to effectively work and coordinate with Delivery Hero global and local organization across functions and levels and coordinate with Delivery Hero global and local organization across functions and levels
• Ability to design/ perform complex analyses and extract insights from data and translate that into clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated and result oriented with a hands-on approach
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional written & verbal communication in English and Turkish
