The Strategy & Operations Manager will get a chance to play a part in building new service offering and provide strategic direction of the Strategy & Operations team from scratch.

What you'll do:

• Develop growth strategy for Taxi business and execute strategic plan, including monitoring results and cost
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Responsible for end-to-end strategic project execution, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance to get things off the ground
• Drive the product and business planning processes, and analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met
• Own key business results (operating & financial), track & report business performance, address issues (or opportunities) and come up with growth initiatives

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy or Management Consultant roles
• Strong business acumen, self-driven, intellectually curious, and analytical
• Experience in Transport or Delivery business is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
• Open mindset and growth mindset: Must be adaptable, ready to learn, and open to new roles and industries as our company frequently expands into new sectors.
