Structural Welder

Position Summary: Talent Source is hiring Structural Welders for multiple projects. Job Duties: • Fit and weld structural steel components including bulkheads, decks, and frames. • Use FCAW, SMAW, and GMAW processes on various thicknesses. • Perform hot work in confined and elevated areas. • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. • Grind, gouge, and prep areas for welding and QA inspection.Qualifications: • 1+ year of shipyard welding experience. • Able to pass NAVSEA-certified weld tests. • Strong safety practices and familiarity with shipboard environments.Pay Range: $24–$36/hour (based on experience) About Talent Source: Talent Source is a trusted partner connecting hardworking individuals with high-demand roles across the construction, maritime, and professional sectors.
