Student Assistant in Core Cloud

Join our team as a Student Assistant within the Core Cloud Team in GN Store Nord A/S, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and modernization of current application services.

In this role, you will be supporting the daily responsibilities of our core cloud team, assisting with the development of tools and security policies. You will also have the opportunity to engage in various cloud platform tasks, contributing to the enhancement and modernization of our application services. We are looking for a student assistant who is enthusiastic about cloud technologies and has some programming/coding experience.

The Team You Will be Part of

You will be working in the Core Cloud Team within GN Store Nord A/S. This team is responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, developing innovative cloud-based solutions, and ensuring robust security practices. Our projects support various business divisions, and we work closely with IT and operations teams to deliver high-quality cloud services for the service & application owner in the business.

You will be working from our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Assist with the development and maintenance of cloud tools

• Support the implementation and management of security policies

• Help with cloud platform tasks, including optimization and rightsizing

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cloud operations

• Contribute to the modernization of current application services

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

• Are organized with a flexible and adaptable approach to cloud environments

• Have a desire to develop your cloud computing and programming skillset, and take on responsibility in cloud related tasks

• Possess a strong analytical mindset

• Are curious about emerging cloud technologies and enjoy collaborating with others

• Are fluent in written and spoken English, essential for effective communication in a global cloud team

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate that is about to enter their Master program that is relevant to cloud computing.
