As an HR intern, you will be part of our Global HR team and will have the opportunity to work from our Belgium HQ. You will provide HR support to our HR colleagues and support them in recruitment, payroll, exciting HR projects, employer branding, international communication,... Ready for this challenge?
A day in the life of an HR intern
Analyse, Recruit, Support and have fun:

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process. Of course, our Talent Acquisition Leads will guide you through this in the beginning. You analyse vacancies and know exactly what we are looking for. In this role, you actively search for candidates through various channels and you are the first point of contact for applicants.
• You do the pre-screening and selection of incoming CV's and you conduct the first interviews with the candidates. You keep track of all applicants, make sure they receive feedback and treat them with the necessary discretion.
• You actively think about employer branding and you look for opportunities to improve the visibility of our company.
• You are involved in the Engagement Awards and create together with the team a strategy and proposal
• You support in payroll in Belgium (PC 200), HR policies and regulations, learning & development, and in the organization of internal events.
