Building on the success of our 1st Party Studio, Golden Feather Studios, we have an exciting newly created role available for a Studio Director to build and manage a second in-house team.

In this role, you will build out, direct and guide your team to design and deliver innovative fun games that delight our players and deliver value to VGW.
In this exciting role you are the vision holder for your studios games and will hold responsibility for delivery and success.  

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work with the VP of First Party Slots, People Partnering and Talent Acquisition to hire, grow, assess and forecast team needs
• Oversee the development of the entire game creation pipeline to assure the original vision is achieved.
• Oversee, implement and review team planning, processes and effectiveness, including reviewing team capacity, allocation and operations
• Work closely with the team to ideate new game concepts and mechanics for our future portfolio of games
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as the Marketing, Creative and Technology teams

What you will bring to the role:

• Extensive experience leading small to medium sized studio teams
• Experience managing and motivating studio teams to successful outcomes
• Proven track record of developing successful slot games from conception to production
• Advanced knowledge of gaming products as well as deep knowledge of competitors and emerging industry products
• Your creativity and innovative thinking drives your passion for casino games
