About Us Located in the heart of Westfield, NJ, our studio offers the latest in modern wellness, including contrast therapy (cold plunge + infrared sauna), cryotherapy, IV therapy, red light therapy, and compression treatments. Our mission is simple: help people feel their best and live healthier, more balanced lives. Your Impact • Drive sales of founding memberships and packages with significant room for growth. • Achieve sales goals for memberships and wellness services, with real-time dashboards and strong commission opportunities. • Recruit, train, and motivate your team—build a culture where everyone grows and wins. • Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued. • Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, marketing, and financials. • Lead by example, energizing the team and reinforcing our mission and values in every interaction. • Learn (and eventually master) the details of our wellness modalities—no prior knowledge required; training provided. Ideal Experience • 1+ year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa. • Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins. • Comfortable with POS/software (Mindbody or similar). Could be taught to the right candidate. • Flexible for weekends/evenings. • Outgoing, people-first personality with a solutions mindset.
