Subcontractor/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and the ability to work independently on various projects. This role requires expertise in fabrication, installation, and the use of power tools, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on construction sites. Duties • Fabricate and install cabinets, ensuring precision and quality in every project. • Utilize power tools effectively and safely to complete tasks efficiently. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction efforts. • Perform electrical work as needed, adhering to safety standards and regulations. • Apply stucco finishes as required for various projects, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. • Execute carpentry tasks with attention to detail, including framing, trimming, and finishing work. • Ensure plumbing installations are completed accurately and comply with local codes. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in construction or a related field with a focus on cabinet installation, electrical work, stucco application, carpentry, or plumbing. • Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar software for project management and documentation is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specifications accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members. • A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
