What you’ll do • Execute precise cabinet installations that enhance both functionality and aesthetics in residential and commercial spaces. • Install siding with a focus on durability and visual appeal, ensuring protection against the elements. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to deliver accurate installations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. • Perform heavy lifting as required during installations, ensuring all materials are handled with care. • Collaborate with other subcontractors and team members to ensure seamless project execution. • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify any potential challenges before beginning work. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. Basic qualifications • Proven experience in construction, specifically in cabinet installation or siding installation. • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately. • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used in construction settings. Preferred qualifications • Experience with carpentry, framing, trim carpentry, masonry, plumbing, or welding is highly desirable. • Knowledge of construction estimating processes to aid in project planning. • Previous experience on construction sites with an understanding of site protocols and safety measures. • Skills in caulking, concrete forming, tile laying, stucco application, or metal stud framing are advantageous.
