We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

About the team
Our Safety Labeling Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts.

Content that Subject Matter Expert - ADSEO Safety Ops
interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities
- To assist and provide guidance to labelers during operation in term of quality and policy related.
- Support the definition of processes and policies , consistently communicate to content labeler in timely manner if there are any policy updates.
- To guide / buddy the new joiners, provide refresher training / policy clarification by working closely with QA.
- Identifying and provide feedback from moderator/QA for process improvement from time to time.
- To assist team leader for operation related task and performance monitoring whenever TL is not present.
- Assist on queue moderation if needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- You come with experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment;
- You have good attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
- You have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with a passion for working in a team environment;

- You have previous coaching experience which is highly desired.
