Responsibilities; • Engaging Instruction: Deliver prepared lesson plans with energy and clarity to keep students focused, involved, and productive throughout the day. • Academic Guidance: Support student learning by incorporating checks for understanding and providing timely answers to questions as they arise. • Positive Classroom Culture: Foster a respectful and structured learning environment by setting clear expectations, supervising transitions, and addressing behaviors in alignment with school protocols. • Comprehensive Teacher Notes: Document student behavior and progress in detailed notes to ensure continuity and support for ongoing instruction.
