Superintendent - Electrical Installation

Job Description: The Superintendentis responsible for on-site leadership and coordination of heavy industrial and data center electrical installation projects at client facilities. This role ensures that electrical crews and subcontractors complete work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards. In addition to overseeing field operations, the Superintendent must possess strong technical knowledge and the confidence to conduct job walks, assess site conditions, and effectively communicate with customers. The ideal candidate will be capable of identifying challenges in real time, proposing viable solutions, and helping the customer understand options with clarity and professionalism. This role requires proactive involvement in planning, troubleshooting, and maintaining forward momentum on projects through strong relationships and technical insight.
