Serás el responsable de dirigir y controlar toda la operación de la fase de servicios mediante procedimientos prestablecidos y bajo liderazgo del jefe de operaciones, usted supervisa al personal a su cargo, y es el responsable de atender las necesidades del cliente, garantizando las operaciones de bancos de vuelos para entregar productos de calidad y cumpliendo con los lineamientos requeridos, a través de la dirección y supervisión del trabajo de los colaboradores del Departamento de Operaciones.
