• Segmentation Center JapanのLaunchおよび検証、拡大

• Segmentation Specialistの管理

• 依頼された症例の管理

• 社員対応

• 海外Segmentation Centerとの連携 (英語による読み書き対応)

• 各種症例に対するSegmentationおよび術前計画に対するスキル蓄積

• 単なる請負の仕事を超えたSegmentation Center Japanの発展を共に考えること (Segmentation Center Japan開設でのMako症例幅の広がり、症例増によるビジネスインパクト、海外では対応不可能な症例への対応、術前計画の質の向上、VOCの収集)

• Mako Marketing & Education、MPS、Mako Salesとの連携
