Qualifications
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Providing technical advice to implement contractor manufacturing, quality assurance processes, and systems that impact product quality.
- Implementing continuous improvement techniques on contractor performance to assure contractual compliance with all contractual requirements.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

- Obligated Position: This is an obligated position and occupancy is subject to the return of former incumbent. If former incumbent fails to return to the position, occupancy may become permanent.
- This position is being filled as Term not-to-exceed (NTE) 1 year, and not more than six years. This Term Appointment may also be converted to a Career or Career Conditional appointment without further announcement. In order to be eligible for conversion, you must serve at least two years of continuous service under a term appointment in the competitive service and your performance must be at least Fully Successful. For current permanent DCMA employees, if selected, you will be granted Administrative Return Rights to your previous position.
- Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) NON-CAP: Position requires DoD Acquisition Engineering & Technical Management, Practitioner level certification within required time frames.
