Salary: Circa £20,000 - £22,000 p.a. + London Allowance if applicable + excellent benefits

Contract length: FTC / secondment (maternity cover until end of Feb 2019)

Hours: Flexible (Can be full-time or part-time)

Location: Flexible (Can be based in Oxford, Angel or Tiverton)

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to…

• Be the day to day point of contact with external suppliers acting as the liaison between the service provider and our internal customers
• Support the Supplier Account Manager to ensure external suppliers, deliver a great supporter experience in the most cost effective and value add way.
• Actively look for efficiencies and ensure that we do not over-service our stakeholders and suppliers.

Now we need a Supplier Account Executive to act as the main point of contact for the supplier ensuring that the supplier’s representatives know what is expected of them, feel accountable for delivery and are well informed about their performance.

• Proven experience of building relationships in a customer service environment
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Self-motivation with a persistent and resilient approach to work
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with proven ability to converse confidently over the telephone and face to face
