Responsibility:

• Periodical supplier Assessments and rate supplier.
• Review and approve/reject/amend supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions.
• Ensuring the quality of supplies by conducting tests and assessments on incoming supplies to identify any quality issues.
• Developing and maintaining supplier scorecards to measure and track supplier performance over time.
• Root cause analysis for quality issues and ensure that corrective action is implemented.
• Improving supplier performance through Continuous training.
• Conduct Weekly/Monthly quality meeting to review and report the Supplier performance.
• Data Analysis to collect the data on rejection ensure the supplier inhouse/outgoing quality performance.
• Dock Audit for the Random weekly shipments.
• Audit finding Corrections and implementation monitoring with set target timeline.
• Plan incoming and outgoing inspection per IS 2500-2 sampling plan or Enhanced sampling plan for problem cases.
• Taking Containment action for any Customer/TE incidents

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Experience: -
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field with a minimum experience of 3~4 years in Supplier quality in Manufacturing Sector.
• Knowledge in APQP, MSA, SPC, ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949-2015 is preferred.
