Supplier Quality Team Leader

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for supplier quality management in CNTHB factory, responsible for supplier quality team management.
• You will be responsible for the processing of NC materials in daily production according to production needs.
• You will be responsible for the quality control in accordance with the company's PPAP process.
• You will be planning, maintenance and optimization of supplier quality management system, Including the maintenance and improvement of supplier development, evaluation, development, elimination and other processes.
• According to the supplier assessment results, you will share timely feedback and communication with suppliers, follow up the supplier improvement plan, confirm the improvement effect, implement the supplier reward and punishment plan, and formulate a quality improvement plan according to the supplier's quality performance.

• You hold educational background: 211 or above master's degree, material processing or mechanical design related majors, material forming and control engineering, material processing engineering, welding, casting, mechanical design, etc.
• More than 5 years of supplier quality management work, team management experience, able to achieve by effectively setting KPIs for SQ engineers.
• Have experience in the production and manufacturing of one or more types of materials, as well as the ability to review and evaluate the processing and manufacturing capabilities of suppliers. Able to evaluate suppliers based on statistical results and put forward suggestions for improvement.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills, able to influence and drive suppliers to make changes according to our requirements. Penalties against suppliers can be promoted when necessary.
• With good communication skills and experience in team management, he can achieve cross-departmental cooperation and effective management of SQ engineers through reasonable KPIs.
• Proficient in using WORD, EXECL, POWERPOINT, MINITAB and other software.
• Outgoing personality, positive and optimistic, good at communication and communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good organization and coordination skills, able to adapt to business trips.
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous and meticulous, responsible and upright spirit, strong execution.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English language.
