Supply Analyst - Inventory

• Inventory management - To manage PAN India SLOB report for over 100 plus location, account monthly fresh generation, write off approval process and Inventory accounting process
• Cross functional collaboration - Work closely with supply business partners, unit finance and planning team to ensure SLOB management process is adhering to the policy and to have strong liquidation plan to reduce the SLOB
• Responsible for reconciling monthly matured spirit working, risk opportunity analysis and providing IOP budget for global submission
• Review scrap sale analysis and highlight reason for fluctuation in scrape income or loss generating from any components and tracking excise duty for PAN India on monthly basis
• Responsible for write off approval management and maintaining SAP tracker for units to accurately write off each material
• Audit submission - Responsible for adhering to audit guidelines, inventory variance analysis and Inventory schedule
• Ensure master data management - providing approvals as per process and cost run activity post books closure
• To lead automation projects - SLOB policy report and write off tracker
• Analyse, manage and review GIT movements
• Inventory related P&L - Monthly reporting and analysis - Complete review of reconciliation file for P&L inventory related accounts
