1. Warehouse Activities

• In-charge of internal logistic/ material replenishment from Warehouse to production line plant wide

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
• Focus on coordination and managing the movement of the materials, supplies and tools to ensure efficient workflow without any interruption and downtime
• Supervise and train water spider team members
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency

• The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary targets and safety objectives are met

• Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse

contributes to these

• Maintain accurate record and timely inventory transactions, both physical and system, and carry out perpetual cycle counting initiatives

• Planning future capacity requirements

• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment,

• Ensure proper segregation of materials based on compatibility and inventory status

carry out monthly surveillance check on raw materials and finished goods to ensure materials

are within shelf life and packaging integrity is intact

• proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or loss

• maintain good housekeeping practice at all times

• organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and

progress

• motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
