About the Role:
• Our IT Logistics team is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented and hands-on supply chain analyst to help implement industrial engineering and Lean principles in the processes in our warehouses and global supply chain.
• The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse operations, end-to-end supply chain functions, data analysis, and supply chain management software.
• They will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement process improvements and support projects from initiation to completion, taking ownership of operational process enhancements.
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IV
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the operation team to identify constraints, conduct root causes analysis of problems and execute solutions; respond to daily process related escalations.
• Assist Process Engineers in developing and deploying new processes and methods to improve efficiency, reduce cost, increase data visibility, improve inventory accuracy.
• Recommend and implement updates to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following the change management process
• Be the liaison between the operation team and third party vendors to coordinate routine activities; track and follow up on open items and escalations.
• Work with data intelligence teams to develop metrics dashboards, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics and enabling informed decision-making.
• Assist process engineers to analyze data from dashboards, invoices, etc. and come up with suggestions.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet service expectation and are delivered on time; Proactively identify risks and drive solutions; support projects with data analysis, process mapping, and proposals for enhancements.
• Meeting Management: Organize and conduct regular sync meetings and training sessions to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed of process changes and updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain fields within a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in reverse supply chain operation
• Experience in IT logistics
• Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• FAANG or big tech background preferred
Location:Fremont, CA [Onsite]
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $93,600 – $142,480 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
