Main responsibilities
Supply Chain Management

• Lead IBP processes to meet sales and profitability targets.
  
• Improve forecasting processes and provide trend analyses.
• Collaborate with logistics and regional teams for efficient demand planning and product delivery.
• Manage supply risks and regulatory activities, including product launches and site transfers.

Distribution Management

• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor trade stock levels and enhance lead times.

Compliance

• Ensure contracts and activities meet legal, ethical, and company standards.
• Regularly update SOPs to maintain organizational compliance.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

• Promote a safe workplace culture at warehouses and distribution centers.

About you

• 8+ years in pharma or FMCG supply chain management.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and cost performance management.
• Proficiency in SAP and supply chain tools; APICS certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
