BODYARMOR is looking for a BODYARMOR Supply Chain Network Planning Manager to join our team.

The BODYARMOR Supply Chain Network Planning Manager is a key member of the Supply Planning team responsible for leading the network planning team, the management processes and strategy to ensure sufficient inventory levels at our 3rd party co-packer and warehouse locations (3PLs) nationwide on behalf of BODYARMOR. Additionally, this role is responsible for the assurance of lowest landed cost supply plan, and the development of tools and processes to streamline business activities. As a leader within the operations department, this role will work collaboratively with multiple departments within operations, as well as other departments to ensure a seamless continuity of planning and network design data to support business tactical, operational, and strategic decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Planning:

  • Oversee and execute E2E Network Model to drive business operations and decisions.
  • Oversee and manage comprehensive network planning, design, operations, and enhancement initiatives, and work cross-functionally to drive quick and rapid solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations and resolve complex network issues.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the planning, implementation, and operation of network systems.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure network quality, stability, and security to support business operations.
  • Act as a mentor to the team members to develop in-depth expertise on network planning and design.
  • Lead network optimization projects to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure a highly skilled team.
  • Generate regular reports on network performance, activities, and cost-effective operation solutions.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and validation of constrained vs. unconstrained supply plans
  • Develop and execute long-range capacity plan
  • Develop and execute Facility and product strategy
  • Responsible for the development of Ad-hoc/scenario planning
  • Conduct regular meeting cadence to gain alignment on plans and adjust
  • Monitor supply performance metrics

Demand Planning:

  • Develop and maintain accurate disaggregated demand forecasts to support inventory planning, network scheduling, and optimized supply plan.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and production teams to present and review demand performance KPIs.

Inventory Management:

  • Optimize network to support Inventory Management policies and maximize service level.
  • Ensure network design to support inventory optimization strategies that balance customer demand with inventory costs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business required- MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning or management and demand planning experience or familiarity required
  • Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong risk mapping and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and dynamic resilient demeanor.
  • Strong experience with data management methodologies and tools. (Sequel, Power BI, Python, ERP, and Planning/Network Solution Software)

Pay Range:

$127,000 - $140,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
