Position Summary

As a Supply Chain Operations Lead, you will analyze, monitor, and provide Inventory strategy recommendations to planners for balancing inventory, lead time, capacity, and cost decisions. You will work cross-functionally facilitating safety stock setting and waste reviews and inform teams of the impact inventory plans may have on service and financial targets. Additionally, you will advise and coach cross-functional partners on inventory best practices and industry knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate safety stock setting and waste reviews with cross-functional partners.
  • Support and advise teams on impact of inventory plans and execution decisions on service and financial targets
  • Set and monitory inventory targets across division in helping factories to reach targeted goals
  • Establish optimized inventory policies across distribution network utilizing SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO)
  • Advise partners on inventory best practices and industry knowledge


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years supply chain experience in demand planning, production scheduling, customer-facing supply chain, distribution plan or a related field
