What you’ll do

• Being responsible for predicting how much inventory will be needed over the next 18 months.

• Managing different planning parameters to make sure we have enough inventory and manufacturing capacity.

• Creating plans for how customer orders will be received and fulfilled.

• Working with the team on finding the solutions if there would be any issues with fulfilling orders or keeping customers happy.

• Keeping an eye on team's performance and looking for ways to save costs and improve customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with different teams and suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• Fluency in English

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, other planning tools (IBP/APO, SAP)

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Business-oriented, customer service mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of basics in Logistics (DC operations, transportation, customs)
