Job Description

We are currently seeking for a Supply Chain Project Manager with a passion for Project Management and Supply Chain to support the Virtual Factory organization. The role will work hand-to-hand with External Manufacturer Suppliers (EMS), the VF Supply Chain & Quality team, Line-Of-Business and Industrialization team. It will be accountable for assuring the management of industrial projects related to Suppliers producing SE products. It will be liaison for NPIs or transfer of products between the Industrialization team, the SE factory and the EMS project management team. The position will be responsible for supply chain readiness and to be the point of contact from Virtual Factory. The Supply Chain Project Manager will be based in Monterrey, Mx and will report to the Virtual Factory Leader.

What will you do:
  • Execute project management activities related to supply chain readiness.
  • Stakeholder management: provide updates, participate on project update calls, etc.
  • Supervise project activities related to Industrialization team, SE factory or EMS to avoid impact on supply readiness commitment.
  • Sign off projects: lead Hypercare and get stakeholder sign-off based on the agreed scope.
  • Document EMS CAMA (capacity) to understand limits and raise concerns if capacity is not aligned with Commercial expectations.
  • Involve incumbent Virtual Factory members when needed (Quality, Adv Mfg, Supply Chain Mgr, etc)
  • Ensure hand-off of mass production to a Virtual Factory flow controller once fully deployed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, business proficient. Written and oral.
  • 3 years proven experience working in Supply Chain roles.
  • Desirable experience with EMS (External Manufacturer Suppliers) but not mandatory.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, desirable MS Project as well.
  • Proactive, dynamic, self-driven, able to achieve results via Influence and great communication skills.
  • PMP Training is desired.
  • Ability to manage and resolve difficult and challenging situations.
  • Professional, self-motivated with an ability to achieve results.
