Supply Chain Security Manager - Operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Responsible for managing Supply Chain Security operations within a specific region, ensuring end-to-end security controls and measures are in place.

· Aligns regional supply chain security efforts with Global Security functional program goals and objectives.

· Creates Operational plan, tasks including efficient allocation of resources to execute operational project needs to mitigate security risks of leaks, loss and possible damage to Meta’s valuable & critical assets.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

· Operationally manage, handle and monitor supply chain security projects

· Focus on enabling the business to move fast while maintaining a strong overarching end-to-end emphasis on security solutions

· Defines and implements supply chain security work instructions, processes and procedures

· Implements exception management processes and procedures

· Ensures process and procedures executed and followed through

· Creates After Action report to summarize key deliverable points of support

· Collects, Analyze and maintain dashboard for metrics reporting: Data collected will be used to drive improvements and forward decisions

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:

· Maximize partnerships with internal and external management staff from business teams across verticals that include Engineers, Logistics, Risk Management, Customer Service, Freight Forwarders and other 3PLs.

· Collaborates with external management staff to ensure supply chain security alignment

· Coordinate with external service providers to leverage secure handling, and secure transport of Meta assets maintaining adherence to contractual obligations

· Maintains a recognized Best in Class supply chain security support.

· Conducts virtual and planned on-site audits of vendors and transit lanes where Meta product is regularly moved and/or stored / manufactured or developed.

· Assess the supply chain landscape and recommend modifications to security plans and supply chain security operations at a regional level.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

· Qualified candidates must have experience managing complex, cross regional supply chain security projects, involving multiple stakeholders.

· Candidates must have experience successfully managing third party vendors.

· Candidates must have knowledge and field experience in supply chain security, Freight Forwarding Logistics management.

· TAPA requirements, C-TPAT, AEO and other trade security initiatives experience a plus.

· Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· Strong collaborator with proven ability to build successful cross functional relationships across all levels of the organization.

· Tactical thinker, who is fully engaged with operations

· 5 to 8-years of relevant supply chain and logistics security experience

· Candidates with knowledge of connectivity and communications strategies are highly desirable.

· Candidates who possess experience working with diverse partners

· Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.

· Excellent project management skills.

· Ability to travel (including internationally) up to 25%, with little notice to accomplish assignments and
