Our headquarters are located in Boulder, CO USA. We are a fully-flexible company for remote and hybrid work.

About the Role:

As a Support Engineer at Perennial, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operation, supporting both internal and external customer needs as we become the leading decarbonization platform in agriculture. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that is revolutionizing the way that companies measure and report the impacts of climate-smart agriculture.

You will be instrumental in triaging issues, managing incoming requests, and facilitating efficient delivery of services to our customers.  With the opportunity to build tooling and streamline processes, you’ll play a vital part in enhancing our ability to solve problems and provide top-notch support throughout the stack.

What You'll Own:

• Facilitate ISO27001 certification process
• Operate existing processes to fetch and insert geospatial data
• Write new internal scripts and processes
• Internal assistance with engineering requests
• Triage issues throughout the engineering stack (ML platform, DB, web and mobile apps)
• First-line on-call for customer or internal issues

What You'll Bring:

• Prior coding experience (Python)
• Previous experience writing scripts
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Excellent debugging skills
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Strong communication skills

• Geospatial – PostGIS, GDAL, Shapely, Google Earth Engine
• Security – ISO27001, SOC-2
• Experience Building Internal Tooling
• Previous startup experience
• Javascript knowledge

The team member in this role can expect a starting salary in the range of $70,000 - $110,000/year alongside equity in the company.
