Job Description


Proactively monitor the performance and health of all RPA bots. Ensure that the bots are functioning as intended and address any potential issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems, system errors, and exceptions encountered by RPA bots. Collaborate with the RPA developers and other stakeholders to provide effective solutions and bot status updates
Act as the first point of contact for RPA-related incidents and service requests. Efficiently manage and prioritize tickets to meet SLA targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to RPA bot configurations, issue resolutions, and best practices. Develop knowledge base articles to aid in future troubleshooting.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and fellow team members on RPA best practices and usage guidelines.
Ensure RPA bots comply with data security and governance standards. Implement necessary security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech

Additional Information

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in providing support for RPA bots.• Proficiency in working with Automation Anywhere• Automation Anywhere Certification is desirable not mandatory• Solid understanding of RPA architecture, workflow design, and process automation principles.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on RPA and intelligent automation technologies.
