Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a Surveillance Exercise Coordinator to manage the surveillance and role player support for a Customer program. They manage surveillance performance, scheduling, staffing, and travel. This position entails additional support activities, such as infrastructure and equipment procurement. 
Location: Northern Virginia
Schedule (FT/PT): Full-Time
Travel Required: 20-40%

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Interviews and hires independent contractor personnel in support of DarkStar Intelligence training programs.
• Manages staffing and scheduling for surveillance role-players in support of training programs.
• Procures and manages infrastructure across the US in support of training programs.
• Oversees and ensures the successful travel of role-player personnel.
• Provides oversight and management of practical exercises in support of instruction training programs.
• Ensures aspects of training course planning and preparation are professional and to the highest standards, to including staffing, classroom preparation, infrastructure management and equipment orders.
• Provides occasional instruction in surveillance operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in surveillance operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of surveillance methodologies, communication techniques, and types of operations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced training environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
