Job Responsibilities: • Maintain proper handling and storage of raw fish and fresh ingredients • Handle daily prep, rice preparation, and fish cutting as needed • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards • Interact with customers when needed in a courteous, professional manner • Support kitchen staff and collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations • Maintain high standards of presentation and kitchen organization Qualifications • Minimum 2 yrs of sushi chef experience • Proficiency in knife skills, rice handling, and basic fish prep • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented • Ability to work clean, efficiently under pressure • Authorized to work in the US If you are interested in being part of our team, please feel free to reach out.
