Job Description
- Activate and ensure implement processes and programs to meet company long term sustainability goals in partnership with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Work closely with HQ sustainability team to develop and implement Global CSR strategy will bring measurable operational, environmental and social benefits for the company that drives business value
- Plan, organise and deliver sustainable solution for sourcing and buying activities.
- Build and implement ESG roadmap for KAIBI Asia in partnership with HQ
- Research in market sustainability fashion trends and competitors analysis, identify new opportunities and translate it to proactive actions
- Analyse business and financial impacts, build on various report to facilitate company’s decision-making
- Lead CSR committee and follow execution of the roadmap
- Nurtures in-house sustainability culture and work practices through campaigns, projects and training
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and developments related to ESG and provide recommendations to enhance the company’s ESG performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver targeted training programs, workshops, and educational materials to address identified capacity gaps
- Organize change management and drive collaboration within value chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience, Supply Chain, Garment Buying Office experience are highly preferable
- Strong communicator with the capacity to guide and sway a diverse range of stakeholders
- Well organized & prioritizing
- Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken & written English. French is a plus.
