The SVP Client Solutions will be responsible for working with potential new investors, existing investors (for select capital raising initiatives), and other key industry participants (such as consultants and advisors) across a broad array of activities, including all aspects of capital raising, venture formation/product development, and general relationship management/development. The position will be supported by strong investor relations and financial services teams, and will work alongside the EVP, CEO, and CFO for various needs for the firm's new investor coverage.

The position will be supported by strong investor relations and financial services teams, and will work alongside the EVP, CEO, and CFO for various needs for the firm's new investor coverage.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal savvy supported by a solid technical understanding of the institutional private real estate sector and excellent written and oral communication skills. As a leader, this person will create new relationships, carefully crafting the messaging and customizing an approach for potential investors.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Capital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement capital raising strategies aligned with the organization's short-term and long-term financial goals.
- Capital Raising: Increase AUM through creating new relationships with various institutional investors, including public and corporate pension plan sponsors, insurance companies, endowments, and foundations. Spearheaded outreach to the broader consultant universe to facilitate meetings and active dialogue across major real estate research teams. Work closely with the IR team to ensure products are represented in consultant databases; develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials and project management of roadshows.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, including institutional investors, high-net-work individuals, family offices, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Present bolt-on investment opportunities (co-investments, recapitalizations, etc) to existing Bell investors with support from EVP and SVP IR
- Coordinate and manage Placement Agent initiatives across EMEA and APAC
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, investor sentiment, and regulatory changes that may impact the capital raising landscape. Utilize this knowledge to make informed decisions and adjustments to fundraising strategies.
- Contribute to product development and fund formation across the Core, Core+, and Value Add risk spectrum.
- Industry Networking: Travel to investor and prospect meetings and attend industry events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness, including PREA, AFIRE, IREI, and Women in Real Estate initiatives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams, to align capital-raising activities with broader company strategies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES:
- Extensive experience in investor relations, fundraising, and financial analysis
- Thorough familiarity with institutional investment processes and its various participants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and adjust fundraising strategies accordingly
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex financial transactions
- Interpersonal savvy and ability to interact with partners at a senior level
- Ability to travel frequently on a national basis
- Ethical and professional conduct, maintain confidentiality and integrity in all interactions
Education and Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Ten plus years of Capital Raising or similar experience.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital in various financial markets and investment environments.
- Established a network with a strong reputation among investors.
